Teresa Holmes is a certified coach and inspirational speaker who inspires women and teens to remove the emotional and mental clutter, ignite their passions and build their lives and dreams around the things that they love. Known as The Esteemologist, Teresa believes that self esteem is our master program and that how we feel about and value ourselves is the foundation for enjoying massive success.
Teresa also works with women in relationship, career and life transition. Through personal, group and corporate coaching programs, she empowers women to achieve and sustain more freedom, fulfillment and balanced success. She works with employers to help create a more supportive work environment for their valued employees. Training and Mentoring Programs have been held at the Veterans Health Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, West Virginia Public Schools, Georgia Public Schools, Shepherd University and others. Teresa has also served as coach and mentor to hundreds of women, men and teens throughout the United States.
After serving more than two decades as Human Resources and Education/Personal Development Officer for the Federal Government, Teresa became Executive Director of Full ‘Steem Ahead Life & Career Coaching and The LaQuay Group (A Career Development Corporation).
Teresa’s clients report that they are better able to invite transformation, effect necessary change and accomplish their goals. In addition, her clients enjoy increased self-esteem, enhanced communication skills, more fruitful relationships, and better overall work/life balance.
Teresa received her coaching certification while working for the Federal Government, whose program required 200 hours of individual and group coaching prior to certification eligibility. She is the founder of the Share the Light and My Mentoring Buddy programs, which have collectively graduated more than 100 participants to date
Teresa currently lives in Martinsburg, WV after relocating from GA to be near her son and two grandchildren. In her spare time Teresa enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
